“My work consists predominantly of figurative oil paintings and drawings in the genres of still life, portraiture, landscape and life room painting and drawing. This painting is the latest in an ongoing series of works in the genre of self-portraiture, with at least one painted self-portrait completed each year since I was in my early teens.’
